Enter the Reds, Blog day.

Its been a rough week, followed by a lot of disappointments. I'm not allowed to be outraged, apparently. So I have been working on the outlines of a reoccurring race of characters in my stories, The Reds. A fascist collective of world dominating aliens, but more on that to come. I am about to release the trailer to my book, and the printers will be opening up again this month.
I'd hate to say this but the second book is nearly complete before the first one is even released. I am learning more about the publishing world and doing business online. I 've been excited for a while, but when you get your hopes up something comes along and ruins your day.
Despite all the set backs and disappointments, personal stuff has been getting me down lately too.
I am really tired of the redundant "know-it-all" attitude of people who frankly don't know anything. I have experience in life and school, yet people love to pretend I really don't know anything. I am tired of politics, its just a circle of idiots jerking each other off in a corner agreeing with each other on every useless issue.
I like to cheer myself up by pretending what would star wars would be like if a godfather Marlin Brando played Darth Vader. "You didn't want to be friends...and you don't even respect me enough to call me godfather" Hilarious.
I tried applying to some contest to earn some extra cash, but sadly I think they are just set ups to steal art. DA recently did this "core" program. I watched a lot of people sign up, honestly I think they are being hosed.

The images above are just some thumbs and roughs of the Red character designs. Mostly experiments with costumes and poses, maybe some possible weapon designs, and facial studies. I need to order more inks this month, and I may need to order some new illustration boards. I am going to work on my first trailer now, and upload a chapter of a story from my book. First one is free, the rest will cost you.

Anyway the month is almost over, school has started and I am already exhausted. Summer is almost over and "winter is coming."
I got some new stuff coming up, including a trailer, for the upcoming book. I am saving up my money to move out of California, I have had enough of this state. Don't like it? I don't care.
I have my own reasons for wanting to leave California, most of them concerning the amount of money this state takes in and openly waste. Don't like it? I don't care, truth hurts stupid.
Anyway, this is just my opinion. I don't think I have anything to add without being a complete jerk.

A new month is coming.

Getting everything ready for next month, list includes e-commerce, advertising, printing, editing....lost of stuff to do. I am also back at the Fireside lounge. You can go see my work live once more.

I am going to be putting out a lot of pieces and doing a lot of work next month so this seems like my only real down time. I am sort of getting lost in just being lazy and resting.
Next week I will be busy also, I have early morning wake ups starting at seven O'clock in the morning, and the work day wont stop until about 10 or 11. If you are interested in buying pieces individually, I will be seeing about getting individual work for sale.  I will most likely be doing posters or something simple. For original works I will be charging more. I don't part easily with my originals, they actually have value to me.
So much to be done, but I am still here and super excited to show everyone what I have been working on. And yes, I will be publishing next month, this month was a typhoon so something was wrong with the printers. This month in the last weeks of this month and the beginning of next it will be busy, busy, busy....but you got to work hard for the money. Ill be making more updates as they become available.

Back to the fireside

Yesterday I got a call from my buddy jack, and he had some empty slots at the fireside. I will be returning with some new pieces, that is something a side from what I am used to making. But I am confident that they will taken in good standing.

My experience in the dark net.

Recently I heard about something called the "deep net" or "dark net". Being curious I figured that I would check it out to find out what all the hype is about. Sadly my wondering has left me cold and disappointed with the human race. I figured it wouldn't be THAT bad, I mean Hollywood makes films with graphic violence, sexual themes, absurd conceptual ideas, what could be different?
Alas, Hollywood couldn't hold a candle to the nature of  abomination I discovered surfing around. The level of availability to the truly dreadful being at your finger tips, and the amount of power you are allotted is nearly overwhelming. You are literally given the keys to the lives of others, and like Cesar you can weigh in with a "thumbs up, or thumbs down" decree.
The level of violent content and sexual perversion is inhuman, I cant even describe it. It is just not human behavior.   Needless to say, there are ways to navigate around these disturbing images, but the simple fact they exist for sub-human waste....has altered my perception of other people.
I felt as though what remained of my soul was quickly cooked away and left me with smoldering eye sockets.
Jean Delville once wrote something along the lines of: a human being is the natural evolutionary link between animals and angels. As humans we can make a choice to either be angelic in nature, or depraved like animals, wallowing in our own filth. However as Humans, we are the only ones who get to choose the path we take. Angels and animals don't get to make a decision, they are created as animals, or as angels.

I do believe in good an evil, as politically incorrect that is to state in these days.
When I hear people talk about how they are going to hell, like a badge of honor; its a funny thing. I think hell is over crowed and those people are going to be uncomfortable when they are ass to dick with twenty other people squeezed together like sardines.

But I am not here to preach God and the devil to you. I just want to affirm my experience on the dark net. Though it is an arena of internet freedom, you are required to share with a lot of disgusting people out there. So in the event you decide to check it out for yourself, just be warned you will see things that you don't want to see.
Internet freedom is a good thing, but be mindful that strange things lurk under dark water.

Well, maybe next month

Due to the unpredictable nature of typhoons, I don't thing I will be able to print this month. I was planning to print my book in Taiwan, sadly due to the recent typhoon I don't think they will be available for the month.

I guess things are pretty bad, and the printers are not able to contact with any of there clients.
This will put me behind, but admittedly its not about me at this point.
Apparently some people have been killed and a lot of property damage has happened. So I will ask you to bare with me and be patient. Hopefully this will be the last typhoon of the season and Taiwan can recover quickly.
I have relatives there, who are doing well and they assure me that most of the damage in the Taipei area was mostly trees and street level damage. Mostly the homes and buildings have come out alright.
Well though it is a set back, I have some more stuff to be announced so stay tuned and have a great day everyone.  

Windows 10 douche-pocolapes.

Recently I got a message from windows saying.
"Reserve YOUR free copy of windows 10, you are eligible."
"WOW" I said, "this is awesome" I said.
Today my computer had a steamy surprise waiting for me, as my free upgrade waited for me, like a pedophile in a van with "candy" written in blood on the side. Being the stupid child I am I agreed to the terms and conditions, and my roller coaster ride from hell began.
Where do I start? Well after my upgrade was finished three hours later, I began to notice some bad things immediately.
My computer was slow. Slow like 1989 apple tech support slow. Then my explorer was missing, and replace with some unholy abomination called "edge". WTF is edge? Well its like if fire fox and explorer had a retard baby and raised it with dog turds. Simply put, everything was missing. All my history, passwords, favorite pages, and saved internet pages. I could find nothing in this wonderland of confusion. So I decided to work on a video for you tube, but some materials had to be scanned, but windows 10 being the dysfunctional bastard it is steps in immediately and says..."Oh you want to use the scanner...to bad" Apparently all my equipment became obsolete according to the brain child Windows 10. What? Am I suppose to go to beast buy and upgrade all my equipment every fucking day? Yeah some of my stuff is older, but this was ridiculous. My scanner was only a half year old, and windows 10 is telling me that's its no longer a welcome item in my life? So tell me windows 10, what scanner should I be using?

"Oh get that really expensive one that just came out next month, then I can reject that too once my updates are made, and you can rip out your hair while I laugh at your stupid ass."
Thanks windows 10, your turning out to be a thorn in my ass. What's that you say? Uninstall it? Oh windows 10 doesn't play that game, you see you have to go back to manufacturing level just to be rid of this program.
So I go online to find some videos to help me, so I listen to some British guy yawn into a microphone before getting to the point. Only to find out he is doing something else task specific, that is not related to my problem.
Oh windows 10, you have ruined my week with your bullshit. What did I do to deserve this? Was I a professional puppy slayer in a previous life?

On a side note, my paints and board came in today. This was great news, because now I can continue my labors. I did a consumer report on the paint set I got, and the video should be online for EVERYONE to watch.
Its for Mijello mission gold series watercolor paints, and these things are the boss. I explain everything coming up. Exciting news also, THE BOOK IS DONE. We are going to the printing press to get these things going. Book two is being worked on, so stay tuned.
Anyway, that's been my Saturday.

Publishing Soon.

All my hard work is paying off. The final pieces of my book are coming together.

Hopefully this month I will have a store online, just have to get the technical garbage out of the way.
I had a voice actress, but I don't know what's going on. I sent her the materials, and I never herd back from her. I don't know what is going on, but sadly if I don't here back from her anytime this week, I have to move on. I was really excited to use her in my project, and I even edited an entire video dedicated to it. I was going to be awesome.
Maybe she is busy this week or she is on vacation, but if I am going to be paying people for services and they don't show up to work...what can I do.

I've worn out so many of my brushes and I will have to go to market soon to get more. I stocked up on a lot of supplies already, and just ordered some more paint and boards for another boy of work coming soon.
Super excited, but super sad I haven't herd from my voice performer.
I am also remodeling my blog, so if you see some changes, don't fret.
Not much in my personal life, same old going on.
